The Principal Engineer will provide engineering support to develop and implement process concepts and designs on technically complex capital projects for FDA & EU regulated Advanced Therapeutic Medicinal Product (ATMP) industry.  This person must be an energetic, self-motivated, organized and innovative individual who shall possess the skills required to successfully support and execute project tasks and deliverables, be a collaborative team player, and have a strong drive to deliver results. The Principal Engineer is responsible for coordinating with internal and external resources including facilities, manufacturing, process development, architects, MEP engineers, and automation to ensure the design and project requirements are met. Project sizes will vary, and will consist of both new projects and continuous improvement efforts including both existing operations / retrofits and new construction.

The Senior Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overall management of scope, schedule, and budget on CAPEX and cGMP-compliance projects to FDA & EU regulated Advanced Therapeutic industries.  The PM is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The PM plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed along the project life cycle.  Demonstrates that the cGMPnow team is in control of our projects and adding value to the client.

The Principal GxP Computerized Systems Engineer is responsible for the implementation of GMP computerized systems in FDA & EU regulated Advanced Therapeutic Medicinal Product (ATMP) industries. The successful candidate will have experience managing and executing the implementation of GMP manufacturing and/or laboratory computerized systems under a GAMP/SDLC framework. Projects will range in size from simple off the shelf systems to large enterprise systems.
