Chief Executive Officer

Jeff has over thirty years of diversified large capital project management, process design, construction management, and CQV experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. His experience spans from scale-up of early development products all the way through to commercial launch of biopharma products. He has a strong acumen for providing leadership of diverse project executions team.He is a founding member of Vista Engineering Group and has an extensive and diverse background in large capital project planning and execution for cGMP biologics and pharma manufacturing facilities. Jeff is a subject matter expert for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) manufacturing facility design, manufacturing processes, and GMP-readiness.

Chief Business Officer

Dan has over thirty years of Project Management and Process Engineering experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry with significant experience in Cell & Gene Therapy facility design.

He has helped start two successful engineering consulting firms and has an extensive and diverse background in a broad range of engineering disciplines, with particular strengths in Project Execution in an FDA regulated cGMP environment.

Most recently Dan has been serving as Chief Business Officer at cGMPnow overseeing the day-to-day Business Operations division and assisting with early stage due diligence and facility conceptual design, cost & schedule estimation.

Chief Operations Officer

Grayson has over 18 years of process/project engineering and project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and specialty chemical industries. He earned his ChemE from the University of Colorado and has worked directly for Roche, CH2M Hill, and Sandoz in a variety of roles including system owner.

As a founding member of Vista Engineering Group, Grayson has spent the last 6 years supporting clients including Amgen, AstraZeneca and Novartis as well as other industry leaders that are heavily cGMP & FDA regulated. He has also played a significant role in multiple start-up companies such as STAQ Pharma, AveXis, MycoTechnology, ION Engineering and ZS Pharma, providing technical leadership and strategy, project engineering and project management. Grayson has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

cGMP now was founded on the premise to accelerate gene & cell therapy products to patients. Grayson and the team have focused efforts on providing state-of-the-art gene & cell therapy facilities by bringing to the table the world class experience demanded by this industry.

Director of Engineering

Chris is a business leader who brings more than seventeen consecutive years of Project Management, Engineering, and Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Industry. Most recently, he served as Project Manager of a greenfield mRNA/LNP Clinical GMP Manufacturing facility overseeing GMP impacted quality systems. He has experience in start-up, commissioning and qualification, and project management of systems and equipment in a regulated cGMP environment. Chris has expertise in resource management and project execution, including multiple million-dollar CQV projects.

Business Manager

Caytlin has over ten years of management experience covering project management of commercial construction projects as well as business and finance management of an engineering consulting firm. She is well versed in leading teams to execute time sensitive projects. Throughout her role, Caytlin has been able to build strong relationships with those she works with creating a respectful and motivating environment. Caytlin has an eye for detail and uses her leadership and organizational skills combined with her competitive nature to drive projects forwards to success. Most recently Caytlin has helped manage a business operations team working towards a common goal of accelerating gene and cell therapy products to patients.

Director of Project Management

Jason has over twenty-five years of Program and Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. Currently leading the Project Management team at cGMPnow. Experience in Cell & Gene Therapy includes program management for the successful startup of a 700,000 sqft campus for the world’s largest gene therapy product. He also has demonstrated success in Program Management for a $1B biopharma product tech transfer in an FDA regulated cGMP environment.
